Become a Tour Manager and get your Tour Manager Certification while at sea on NCL Spirit. One or both of the adults in the family can participate in the International Guide Academy Certification at Sea for International Tour Managers. The classes are held on board the NCL Spirit ONLY on days while at sea. This schedule does not interfere with family activity while in any of the 9 ports of call.

The price for this 16-day tour is excellent and the person(s) taking the program are then certified as International Tour Managers enhancing their employment opportunities with Tour Operators throughout the world.

Details can be viewed at www.bepaidtotravel.com/cruise.htm

Note from Melanie:
This would be a great way to learn a new profession and take a family vacation together. Your kids can enjoy the kids program during the days at sea, and you can spend time with your kids and have a blast while in port and in the evenings!
Excellent-vacation-ideas.com does not work with this company and added this Themed Vacation Idea as it is a good idea. But we have never worked with bepaidtotravel.com, nor do we endorse or not endorse them

Update for 2011
by: Frank Slater, CEO

Both the 2009 and the 2010 programs aboard NCL ships were filled and successful. Thank you.

The NCL Star is being utilized for the 2011 program beginning 01 October 2011. This cruise starts in Los Angeles and transits the Panama Canal. Classes onboard are held only on days while at sea and never interfere with a port stop.

Please update for 2010
by: Frank

Note please that our 2009 program has been completed successfully and the 2010 program is on the NCL Sun and for 15 days.

Just checked this out today. Unfortunately their 2009 program is filled completely so now I am checking out their program in 2010. Looking good...........

I can't make it this year but glad to see they have one also in 2010. A great surprise was the course is also offered in the USA, Mexico, China, and Canada and in English or Spanish. Never knew such a career existed.

What a great idea!!!

Combining my family vacation with an educational opportunity is something that appeals to me.

Hopefully we can all go and I get a chance to meet others.

WOW! What a great opportunity!!!

Being a graduate of IGA, I highly recommend their program to you. I truly wish I had had the opportunity to take this class onboard a cruise ship. If you are serious about the Travel & Tourism industry, IGA is absolutely the BEST!!!
