Thanx for posting about the Dawn. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed the freestyle cruise.

I am sorry that you had problems when you arrived at the ship with your on board credit.

We have had similar issues in the past when we make changes at the last minute with cruise lines.

They are pretty good at getting them resolved. I hope it works out and please post back with the results!
