Singapore is located on the southern tip of Malaysia and is a great mix of the future and the past. Transportation around this small city/state is easy and it shouldn't take more than 40 minutes to get anywhere.

This small city and has just a few different areas to visit. There is Sentosa for the casinos and attractions like Universal Studios, Orchard Road for shopping, The Zoo and Night Safari in the North off Mandai Road and area near the world famous Raffles Hotel.
The best way to get a feel for the city is to take a tour of the city when you first arrive. We usually choose a "Hop On Hop OFF" tour in every new city that we visit. For less than $20USD it is a great way to figure out where you would like to go back to.
